Student Enterprise Awards

Eight 4th Year groups competed in the Student Enterprise Awards last Friday in Tallaght.
The 8 groups did extremely well and one of the groups came 2nd Place in the senior category!
The group consisted of Emily Brophy, Elisha Hughes and Aoife Moloney.
Proficient Camogie player, Emily, explained; 'Our student enterprise product is called a hurly holder. This holder keeps your spare Hurley safe and dry from the wet weather when you're at a match. It comes in different colours and you can get your club crest printed onto it'

The Student Enterprise Programme is Ireland’s biggest student enterprise competition. Each year over 23,000 secondary students from 480 schools, take part in this Programme by setting up and running their own student business.

The Programme is open to all second level students from 1st year to 6th year and runs from September to May each year.
