Under 14 Gaelic Football: All the best to the under 14 Gaelic Football team who are playing a league match on Thursday against Kishoge Community College.

Transition Year: On Monday and Tuesday a group of 25 Transition year students enjoyed the Transition Year song writing workshop. The group thoroughly enjoyed the two day workshop and found it to be entertaining and very beneficial for our budding young artists.

Our transition year group start their subject options talks this Thursday, they will have their first meeting with the guidance department on Thursday and then will get a brief description of each subject from the subject teachers next week. The talks guide the students through the course structures of various courses at Senior cycle as well as giving key information in relation new subjects. Thank you to all the teachers who presented excellently in relation to their own subject and answered any questions or queries the students had in relation to their subjects.

Well done to all of the students who completed their two-week block of work experience and a huge Thanks again to all of the businesses and organisations for allowing the students to gain this invaluable experience. We received excellent feedback from all of the organisations and we are very proud of you.

5th Year Spanish Trip: 27 lucky students and their teachers flew off to the Spanish Capital Madrid early on Tuesday morning. They look forward to a number of walking tours and fun activities as well as practicing their oral Spanish in the language classes. We wish them well and we hope they have an enjoyable trip.
